DGI Supply Agrees to Buy Merwin-Stoltz

DGI plans to move its local service team to Menomonee Falls after the close of the deal.

DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, Wheeling, IL, has agreed to acquire Merwin-Stoltz, Menomonee Falls, WI, a distributor of cutting tools, abrasives and machine tools. DGI plans to move its local customer service team and inventory from West Allis, WI, to Menomonee Falls shortly after the closing.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in local markets. Bob Stoltz and Greg Delander will remain with the company.

DGI Supply is No. 29 on MDM’s list of top industrial distributors.
