Singer Equities, Glen Burnie, MD, has acquired Hanna Rubber Company, Kansas City, MO. Hanna Rubber Company, founded in 1925, is an industrial rubber and plastics distributor specializing in gaskets, extruded and molded rubber products, and industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings. Hanna will be Singer’s seventh platform company and its first in the Midwest.
