NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), San Mateo, CA, a cloud-based financials / ERP software provider, announced that several brick and mortar and e-commerce merchants are leveraging NetSuite SuiteCommerce moving into 2013. EnergyFirst, Leland Fly Fishing, Jafrum International and KASK America are utilizing the web storefront, order management, marketing, inventory management, financials and customer support features of the software.
"The complexity facing merchants is growing on multiple fronts. It's virtually impossible to address all of them with the spaghetti IT architectures of yesteryear," said Andy Lloyd, GM of commerce, NetSuite. "NetSuite SuiteCommerce unleashes the power of the cloud to ratchet up business efficiency."
Based on the NetSuite Commerce as a Service architecture, SuiteCommerce provides a 360-degree view of customer orders, preferences, issues, contact information and payment information.
