Oceanside is a rigging and mooring products based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with a second location in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.
The deal marks Bishop's 12th acquisition since 2012 and is the 5th add-on acquisition since Altamont acquired the platform in February 2022.
Bishop Lifting Products, which was sold by SBP Holdings in February, said the deal will expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest.
