Atlanta-based White Cap Supply Holdings says it has closed on a deal to acquire the Michigan-based wholesale distributor.

Atlanta-based White Cap Supply Holdings has closed a deal to acquire Birmingham, Alabama-based Ram Tool Construction Supply Co.
Tri-Supply marked White Caps’ second acquisition since it become an independent company in October of last year.
The companies will be combined into a single business entity that’s “intended to mirror the long-term success of White Cap in the United States,” the company said.
