Parts Town LLC, Addison, IL, a distributor of OEM repair and maintenance equipment parts for the restaurant and foodservice equipment sectors, announced that private equity firm Berkshire Partners LLC has invested in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Summit Partners, an existing shareholder, will remain a significant investor in the company.
