Core & Main, St. Louis, MO, has agreed to acquire Minnesota Pipe & Equipment. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition, which will be the first for the company since becoming a freestanding enterprise this past August, will strengthen Core & Main’s position in the Minnesota waterworks distribution industry.
