Ferguson Acquires Redlon & Johnson

Plumbing distributor Ferguson Enterprises Inc., Newport News, VA, has acquired Redlon & Johnson Supply, a division of The Gage Company. Ferguson will operate from the former R&J locations as Redlon & Johnson, a Ferguson enterprise.

Redlon & Johnson, Portland, ME, is a distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, water system, pipe, valves, fittings and industrial products. The company has 10 locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire primarily serving the residential contractor, providing plumbing and heating products to the repair/replace/remodel market.

“The acquisition of Redlon & Johnson serves as a strong platform for growth in the Northeast,” said Ferguson CEO Frank Roach.
