Hydraulic Supply Co., Sunrise, FL, a fluid power distributor of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial products, has agreed to acquire Fabacher Inc., Harvey, LA, a marine exhaust and fluid handling products company.

Terms were not disclosed.

Hydraulic Supply plans to increase the size and offerings of the Fabacher product and service portfolio available to customers in New Orleans and the Southeast region. The company will also add capabilities to its other locations including metal hose and pipe fabrication to its current hose assembly, tube bending-flaring, valve assembly and build programs.
