Red Ball Oxygen, Shreveport, LA, has agreed to acquire Ideal Specialty Gases and Analytical Services, Houston, TX, according to a report from the Shreveport Times.
The acquisition diversifies the company's products and significantly expands its reach.
ISGAS manufactures hydrocarbon standards, sampling cylinders and other specialty gases used in petrochemical refining. Red Ball plans to run ISGAS as a separate division.
