Sak Abrasives Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sak Industries Private Ltd., has acquired Buffalo Abrasives Inc., Buffalo, NY. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Buffalo Abrasives is a manufacturer of resin bonded grinding wheels mainly serving the U.S. market. Sak Abrasives manufactures a full range of industrial abrasives catering to the Indian and overseas markets.
