Conference Board LEI Up 0.5%

June Index points to continued growth in the U.S. economy.

The Conference Board Leading Economic Index for the United States increased 0.5 percent in June to 109.8 following no change in May and a 0.4 percent increase in April.

The Index points to continuing “solid growth” in the U.S. economy, with no signs of a considerable slowdown in the short term, the researcher said.
