Border States Agrees to Acquire Shealy Electrical Wholesalers

Company will establish a new southeast region with headquarters in Columbia, SC.

Border States Electric, Fargo, ND, a wholesale electrical product and solution supplier, has agreed to acquire Shealy Electrical Wholesalers, based in North and South Carolina. Terms were not disclosed.

Shealy, an electrical wholesale supplier with 350 employees and 17 locations, will continue to be led by Bill DeLoache, CEO; Brent Spear, COO; and David White, president. The name will change to Shealy Electrical Wholesalers, a division of Border States.

Border States will establish a new southeast region with White serving as the region vice president. The regional corporate office will be in Columbia, SC.
