Bearing and power transmission distributor Purvis Industries, Dallas, TX, has acquired Industrial Mining Supply and Sun Belt Supply.

Industrial Mining Supply serves mining customers throughout Arizona and Nevada, while Sun Belt Supply services Arizona’s light weight belting market out of Phoenix, AZ.

“They not only allow us to expand our presence into new geography, but also enable us to further develop and expand into new customers in the Arizona marketplace,” said Cameron Barker, VP of corporate operations for Purvis Industries.
