SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has acquired National Roofing Supplies Inc. (dba National Building and Roofing Supplies), Patchogue, NY, an independent distributor of residential roofing products, commercial roofing products and other building materials. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1979, National serves Long Island and the New York metropolitan area. The branch will continue to be led by Debbie Capozzi, as well as National’s entire sales and operations team. SRS plans to use the National Building and Roofing Supplies brand name for all existing and future locations on Long Island, which at the outset will include both the new Patchogue location and SRS’s existing location in Farmingdale, NY.
