The company reported a loss of $47.1 million for the year, compared to a loss of $6.3 million in the prior-year period.
Sales to institutional facilities customers comprised 49.8 percent of sales, sales to multifamily housing facilities customers comprising 30.3 percent of sales and sales to residential facilities customers comprised 19.9 percent of sales for the year.
The company reported sales for the fourth quarter of $415.8 million, up 6.6 percent year-over-year. The company reported a loss of $9.6 million for the quarter, compared to a profit of $1.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2013.
