Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. (NYSE: ETN), Cleveland, OH, has completed the purchase of the Tuthill Coupling Group, a division of Tuthill Corporation.

The Tuthill Coupling Group manufactures pneumatic and hydraulic quick coupling solutions and leak-free connectors used in industrial, construction, mining, defense, energy and power applications. The division had sales of $35 million for the 12 months ending Nov. 30, 2010, and employs 220 people in locations in Berea, OH, and Annemasse, France.
