Praxair Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of Danbury, CT-based Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX), has acquired five Airgas branch locations in western Canada, including Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton, Alberta, and Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
