SRS Distribution Acquires Top Notch Roofing Supply

Deal helps SRS expand geographic coverage into East Texas.

SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has acquired Top Notch Roofing Supply, with locations in Longview and Tyler, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SRS will immediately transition all of the Top Notch locations to the Southern Shingles brand name, giving Southern Shingles 25 locations across Texas and helping SRS expand its footprint into East Texas.
