WinWholesale Inc., Dayton, OH, is building a regional distribution center in Middletown, CT, and in Aurora, CO, to replace smaller leased facilities in Denver and North Haven. Total construction costs for the two distribution centers are approximately $31.5 million.

The company plans to open the distribution centers in 2013. Ground was broken for the Middletown facility Oct. 12 and the Aurora groundbreaking is planned for Oct. 30.
The Middletown facility will be nearly 200,000 square feet and the one in Aurora approximately 242,000 square feet. Each will have office and training space. WinWholesale also operates 200,000 square foot distribution centers in Dayton, OH, and Richmond, VA.
