North American buying group Affiliated Distributors appointed two new members to its Industrial and Safety U.S. Divisional Board of Directors.

Effective in June, Alex Hodge — CEO of Yakima, WA-based industrial distributor Horizon Distribution — and Matt Onofrio — President of Wichita, KS-based general line distributor GT Midwest — will join the Divisional Board. The board helps shape strategies and direct the future for the business segment.

“Their combined expertise, vision and strategic foresight will both compliment and elevate this group of entrepreneurs and take the division to the next level,” said Marisol Fernandez, President of AD’s Electrical and Industrial Business Unit, in a May 22 new release.
