Consumable and air filtration manufacturer and distributor Rensa Filtration acquired Air Filtration Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Southern California-based Air Filtration was established by Carol Hagan in 1967. The company manufactures and distributes air filter products and accessors for the paint and finishing industries, including: automotive, wood finishing and general industrial markets. Air Filtration has production facilities in Corydon, IA and Lancaster, CA.

“Air Filtration Co. has developed and supplied an impressive line of spray booth filtration products to customers across North America,” Resna Founder and CEO Brandon Ost said in a Jan. 27 news release.
Resna Filtration operates 25 sites throughout North America including air filter manufacturing facilities, distribution and service centers. The company offers a range of air filtration products that provide filtration performance in education, healthcare and manufacturing facilities.
