Ground has been broken on a new facility near Bozeman, MT that will house Ferguson’s newest distribution center.
Outlaw Real Estate shared Jan. 29 that construction has begun on a new 88,000-square-foot facility in Belgrade, MT that looks to improve Ferguson’s capacity to serve customers in construction and design sectors.
PREMIUM: Ferguson to Position Closer to Contractors with Market Distribution Centers
To feature a warehouse, distribution center, office space and a showroom for Ferguson’s bath, kitchen and lighting products, the location is on a 10-acre site south of Interstate 90 and three miles from Yellowstone International Airport.
Outlaw said the Ferguson facility project is expected to be completed by this summer.
The DC represents phase one of a project that will eventually add 125,000-square-feet of additional warehouse space for one or multiple future tenants. Construction on phase two to begin in the spring of 2026. Outlaw labeled Ferguson as the anchor tenant for the broader industrial development.
