Pharmaceutical wholesale and specialty distributor Morris & Dickinson acquired Presa Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Irving, TX-based Presa Solutions is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Founded by industry veterans Omar Agado and Travis David, the company offers flexible back-end support, including order management, invoicing, financial reporting and chargeback processing. Presa also helps manufacturers manage supply chains with its flash title distribution, optimizing capital investments and operational costs for pharmaceutical and biotech partners.

This acquisition reinforces Morris & Dickson’s commitment to treat each of our pharmaceutical and biotech customers as a Tier 1 partner. Presa Solutions brings valuable expertise and a manufacturer-centric model, which complements our existing logistics capabilities and further solidifies our position across both the full-line wholesale and the specialty distribution market.”

Morris & Dickson said the transaction will enhance its service offerings for pharmaceutical manufacturers by integrating Presa Solutions’ order-to-cash platform with its own fulfillment and logistics solutions, creating a comprehensive 3PL platform.
