JanSan, foodservice and industrial packaging products Distributor acquired Biloxi Paper, marking its first bolt-on in almost a year after inking three of them in 2023.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Biloxi Paper is a third-generation, family-owned distributor of JanSan and foodservice disposables operating from one location in D’Iberville, MS on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Founded in 1968, the company serves a broad base of customers in segments of education, hospitality, gaming, industrial, municipalities, facilities maintenance and property management.
“The acquisition of Biloxi Paper enables us to extend our geographic footprint in a strategically important region,” BradyPlus CEO and Chairman Kenneth Sweder said in a June 9 news release. “With this new partnership, we grow our presence in Mississippi’s Gulf Coast and enhance the level of support we provide to customers in the region. I am excited to work with Anthony Desporte, Chad Pickich and the entire team at Biloxi Paper Company.”
BradyPlus’ most recent previous acquisition was of New York City-based TED Supply in July 2024.
This past January, BradyPlus partnered with RELEX solutions for AI-driven forecasting and replenishment capabilities.
Rebranded at the started of 2024 following the merger of BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions, BradyPlus has approximately 6,000 employees across about 180 locations.
