OEM foodservice, HVAC and residential appliance distributor Parts Town Unlimited announced on July 10 the appointments of a new CEO and CFO.
Bill Geary has been elected CEO of Parts Town Unlimited, succeeding Steve Snower, who will transition to Executive Chairman of the Board after more than 21 years in the CEO role. Snower cited family health concerns as the reason for stepping down.

Geary joins Parts Town Unlimited from Wesco, where he led a multi-billion-dollar division at the global distribution company, which has more than 20,000 employees.
“Bill is the right leader for the job. He is a humble, ambitious leader with incredible and relevant experience,” Snower said in the news release. “I’ve spent significant time getting to know Bill as a leader and a person and can’t wait to partner with him on this incredible journey. We will be working together to build Parts Town Unlimited for years to come.”
As part of this leadership transition, Glenn Chamberlin will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Lori Sherwood, who served as CFO since 2014 and played a role in 37 acquisitions, announced her planned retirement in the spring of 2026.
Chamberlin was previously Executive Vice President of Finance at BradyPLUS, where he oversaw finance and accounting operations, supported multiple acquisitions and contributed to EBITDA growth.
