Industrial fasteners distributor Hodell-Natco has acquired Florida-based Merit Fasteners with locations in Orlando and Tampa.

Merit Fasteners is a family-owned business serving customers in a variety of industries, including amusement parks and marine, for nearly 50 years. Cleveland-based Hodell-Natco, meanwhile, serves customers in variety of manufacturing and construction industries with locations in Columbia, SC; Houston, TX; Reno, NV; and St. Louis, MO.
The partnership expands the Hodell-Natco’s geographic footprint from six to seven states, with eight locations across the U.S.
Led by Ritchie Stevens, Merit’s current staff will continue to run the Florida operations.
