Fuels, propane, lubricants and chemicals distributor Palmdale Propane — a subsidiary of Palmdale Oil — acquired Florida-based Gatorgas LP.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1985, Gatorgas supplies propane to residential and commercial customers across Central Florida and the Gulf Coast. The company offers a full range of propane services, including delivery, tank installation, maintenance and repairs. Gatorgas also sells and installs propane fireplaces and gas log inserts.

Palmdale said the acquisition supports its expansion into the North Central Florida market and will offer Gatorgas customers access to its distribution network and operations.
