The suite is organized into three core service areas:
Intelligent Asset Management provides visibility into equipment and technology lifecycles by centralizing asset data such as location, warranty status and service requirements. The platform supports lifecycle planning, return merchandise authorization, preventative maintenance and refresh strategies, with Wesco stating it can reduce total cost of ownership by up to 30%. A mobile field application allows users to track installation, repairs and asset status in real time.
Intelligent Safety Services combines certified safety expertise with a connected digital platform to help organizations manage compliance and reduce risk. The offering covers areas such as confined space, fall protection, gas detection and safety inspections. Through Wesco’s Connected Safety Platform, users can access automated compliance documentation, predictive alerts and real-time visibility, along with optional on-site safety personnel support.
Intelligent Facility Services focuses on improving building performance as organizations deploy more connected devices and IoT systems. The service aggregates data from IT, operational technology, sensors and third-party systems into a single platform to support decision-making. Capabilities include facility optimization, alarm and fault management, energy analytics and multi-site scalability.
Wesco said the new services are delivered in collaboration with integrator partners, enabling them to scale and better support end-user customers.
The company’s global services organization includes approximately 1,100 technical professionals across 30 countries, supporting a broader portfolio that spans advisory, deployment, managed and supply chain services.
Reporting approximately $24 billion in 2025 sales — Wesco is No. 1 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for electrical supplies and operates more than 700 sites worldwide, serving customers across commercial, industrial, technology, telecommunications and utility sectors.
