Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS have launched a unified brand identity under the name “Imperial Brady,” marking the latest integration milestone following the companies’ merger completion in March.
The company said the new branding reflects its evolution into a single North American platform serving the janitorial and sanitation, foodservice and industrial packaging markets. Imperial Brady will continue operating with a localized service model supported by broader scale, expanded product offerings and enhanced digital capabilities.
“This brand launch represents more than a new name — it reflects our shared culture, aligned vision and commitment to delivering even greater value to our customers and supplier partners,” CEO Jason Tillis said in the company’s release.
Meanwhile, Imperial Dade and BradyPlus maintain separate websites.
The branding announcement follows the March closing of the merger between Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS, which created a JanSan, foodservice and packaging supplies distributor with more than $10 billion in annual revenue and over 13,000 employees across North America.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, though JPMorgan launched a $2.8 billion first lien term loan B in late 2025 to refinance an existing $2.5 billion term loan to finance the deal.
Tillis continues to lead the combined company as CEO, while former BradyPLUS CEO Ken Sweder remains on the board of directors. Industry veteran Manny Perez de la Mesa, former CEO of Pool Corp., was previously named Chairman following the merger’s close.
The launch of Imperial Brady also represents another branding shift in a rapidly consolidating facility supplies market. BradyPLUS itself was formed following the merger of BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions and formally adopted the BradyPLUS name in early 2024.
Imperial Dade has been among the most acquisitive distributors in the sector over the past two decades, completing nearly 100 acquisitions since 2007 under the leadership of Jason and Robert Tillis.
