Wesco International announced June 8 the launch of Wesco Pro A/V Services — a new suite of offerings designed to help professional audiovisual integrators improve productivity, expand project capabilities and deliver more consistent customer outcomes.
Developed for professional A/V integrators, the services combine consultative expertise, technology services, managed services and Wesco’s global supply chain capabilities to support the full A/V system lifecycle — from design and deployment through monitoring, optimization and ongoing support.
“Pro A/V technology has simplified while overall demand has seen an increase,” said Phil Langley, Vice President of Pro A/V for Wesco. “With these higher volumes, alongside global deployments, the complexity now lives in the supply chain with scalability, and the services required to deploy and support solutions.”

The Wesco Pro A/V Services portfolio includes A/V systems management and monitoring with 24/7 visibility to improve system uptime and performance; asset and lifecycle management for tracking, maintenance, refresh planning and end-of-life processes; and network operations center and technical assistance center services for ongoing technical support.
Wesco said the new suite is intended to complement integrators’ existing operations while helping them improve efficiency, reduce risk and extend customer engagement beyond the initial installation. The company said the offering is wrapped by its project, technology and supply chain services to support standardized, repeatable deployments.
“With new competitors entering the market, including major tech firms, we help integrators with cash-flow, scale and to support their customers globally,” said Tara Dunning, Vice President of Converging Technology for Wesco. “Wesco Pro A/V Services are delivered in collaboration with our integrator partners, giving them the scalability and expertise needed to support service-led and life cycle-driven engagement models.”
The launch comes less than three months after Wesco announced a managed services suite for integrators and end users aimed at helping optimize assets, improve safety compliance and enhance facility performance through software-enabled tools, data insights and global field expertise.
MDM Analysis
Together, these launches illustrate that Wesco continues to ramp up the services side of its business as a complement to its scale as North America’s largest electrical supplies distributor by revenue. The company reported approximately $24 billion in 2025 annual sales and said its global services organization includes about 1,100 technical professionals across 30 countries. For Wesco, the latest A/V suite adds another layer to a broader strategy of pairing product distribution with lifecycle support, technical expertise and supply chain services.
