SiteOne Landscape Supply reported 2026 second-quarter net sales of $1.53 billion, up 5% year-over-year, while organic daily sales increased 1%.
The Roswell, GA-based distributor said organic growth was driven primarily by 3% price inflation — implemented in response to rising costs — and its commercial initiatives. Those benefits were partially offset by softer demand across its end markets. Acquisitions contributed $49.2 million, or approximately 3 percentage points, to quarterly sales growth.
Gross profit increased 6% to $564.5 million, with gross margin expanding 50 basis points to 36.9%. SiteOne attributed the improvement to stronger price realization and continued benefits from its commercial initiatives, partially offset by higher freight and distribution expenses and deflation in certain commodity products.
Selling, general and administrative expenses increased 6.2% to $370.7 million, while SG&A as a percentage of sales increased 30 basis points to 24.2%. The company cited modest organic sales growth and higher fuel costs, partially offset by operational initiatives and cost controls.
Net income attributable to SiteOne increased 8% to $139.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 5% to $237.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin held flat at 15.5%. Operating cash flow increased by $16.5 million to $153.2 million.
Chairman and CEO Doug Black said SiteOne delivered the growth despite “softer end markets,” while managing spending in response to reduced demand. He added that recent acquisitions, led by Reinders, continued to perform well and that the company’s acquisition pipeline remained active.
SiteOne estimated that new residential construction demand was down by a high-single-digit percentage during the quarter, while repair-and-upgrade activity declined by a mid-single-digit percentage. Those decreases more than offset modest maintenance-market growth and flat new commercial construction activity.
The company expects those demand trends to persist through the remainder of 2026. It maintained its forecast for full-year organic daily sales to be flat to up 1%, with commercial initiatives and approximately 3% pricing offsetting lower market demand.
SiteOne also reaffirmed its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook of $425 million to $455 million. That range includes an estimated $4 million to $5 million negative impact from a 53rd week occurring during the seasonally slower December period.
