Dahlke’s prior experience includes leadership roles within companies such as W.W. Grainger, Option Care and Brunswick Corp., as well as two years in public accounting with Price Waterhouse. Most recently, she served as CEO and CFO of GI Supply Inc., a family-owned medical device company.

While at Grainger, Dahlke, pictured right, was a founding member of the Women’s Business Resource Group, and led the design and development of an internal mentoring program.

“I am very excited to be joining the Crescent family,” said Dahlke. “Crescent has a legacy of success in our industry spanning more than a century, and I look forward to collaborating with Scott and the leadership team to find new and innovative ways to serve our customers and suppliers.”
