SRS Distribution Inc., McKinney, Texas, has acquired Roofers Supply, Inc., Salt Lake City, an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Roofers Supply operates a network of six branches across the state of Utah, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers. Dino, George, John and Stephanie Pappas will continue to lead their dedicated employee base, ensuring continuity and consistency for the company’s customers and supplier partners.
