Louisiana-Pacific Makes Changes to Executive Management Team

Four appointments follow last month's announcement of a new COO.

Building materials manufacturer Louisiana-Pacific Corp. (NYSE: LPX), Nashville, TN, has announced changes to its executive management team, effective Jan. 1.

Jason Ringblom, Oriented Strand Board sales and marketing vice president, will become executive vice president and general manager of the OSB business, which had been under the leadership of Brad Southern, who became LP’s COO last month.

Neil Sherman, Engineered Wood Products senior vice president, will become executive vice president and general manager of the siding business, replacing Brian Luoma.

Mike Sims, sales and marketing senior vice president, will lead the company’s EWP business in addition to his executive sales, marketing and strategy responsibilities.

Craig Sichling, field sales vice president, will be promoted to vice president of specialty sales and marketing. In his new role he will lead LP’s siding marketing group and maintain responsibility for field sales.
