London-based MRO supplies distributor Rubix agreed to acquire ERIKS UK and Ireland.
Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close within the calendar year.
Based in the U.K., ERIKS UK & Ireland is an industrial distributor, specializing in flow technology products, including hoses, valves, sealing and gaskets. The company also offers technical services such as customization and repair. ERIKS’ U.S.-based unit, ERIKS North America, divested in early 2022 and rebranded as LGG Industrial two years later.

Rubix rebranded from IPH-Brammer in 2018 — a year after IPH and Brammer merged.
The company’s most recent previous acquisition was of Italy-based Somi, announced on December 2, 2024.
