JanSan and foodservice packaging distributor Imperial Dade announced two new acquisitions on Dec. 1: Ocean Township, New Jersey-based Country Clean Paper Supplies and Columbus, Ohio-based Classic Solution.
The deals mark the 57th and 58th acquisitions for Imperial Dade under Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis, the company said. Financial details were not disclosed.
Country Clean, which is owned and operated by Frank Pavia, distributes foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies.
“We are excited about the future of Country Clean under the leadership of Imperial Dade,” Pavia said. “Our customers will receive the same outstanding service they have come to expect from us and a significantly expanded product offering.”

Classic Solution distributes janitorial sanitation and equipment products throughout the greater Columbus market. The company is owned and operated by James Creps.

Imperial Dade said its platform will operate more than 125 distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. The addition of Classic’s location in Columbus will strengthen Imperial Dade’s existing presence in Ohio, the company said.
