On Sept. 6, Dayton, Ohio-based industrial distributor Winsupply Inc. announced that its Support Services campus in Moraine, Ohio, continues to expand thanks to the purchase of two additional properties.
The company said that a property at 3077 Kettering Blvd. allows for future expansion opportunities. Another property located at 3171 South Dixie Drive will allow the company to immediately use the parking area between 3131 and the building on the 3171 site. Winsupply said this was a “significant factor in considering the purchase of this property.”
Last month, Winsupply announced that its Support Services would expand with the addition of another local company. Winsupply of North Dayton, under the leadership of president Scott Ballard, will move from its current location at 3739 Inpark Circle in Dayton, Ohio, to Winsupply’s Support Services Campus on Kettering Blvd. between Wilcon and Winsupply of Dayton/The Richard W. Schwartz Center for Innovation.
The groundbreaking for this future facility is expected to take place in the fall of 2023, with a grand opening expected in the spring of 2024
