Charlotte, NC-based fasteners manufacturer Threadline Products expands its manufacturing and distribution capabilities following the asset acquisition of the former Atlantic Fastener/Würth facility in Greensboro.
As of the end of December 2024, Threadline assumed the facility’s production capacity and operations. With Würth exiting the manufacturing space, this acquisition includes all assets from the facility — materials, production equipment and a skilled workforce.

“The addition of roll threading capabilities and an expanded geographic footprint positions Threadline to meet customer needs more adeptly than ever before,” Threadline Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Josh Miller said in a news release posted in January.

Threadline will now operate manufacturing and distribution out of both the Charlotte and the newly acquired Greensboro facilities. Company officials say this dual-location strategy will enable it to offer:
- Manufacturing and distribution from both locations to improve workflow and supply chain efficiencies.
- Local product pick-up through a re-opened will-call counter in Greensboro.
- Enhanced delivery and support to customers in Eastern North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
“The acquisition of the Greensboro facility is a pivotal step for Threadline, enabling us to significantly scale our operations and enhance our service offerings,” Threadline President and CEO Jenny Miller said. “This strategic move will ensure that we continue to provide top-tier support and products to our valued customers across multiple states.”
