SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has acquired St.Louis, MO-based Crown C Supply Company, Inc., an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Crown C Supply was founded in 1976 and serves a 200-mile radius around the St. Louis metropolitan area. Company President Tom Connelly and the Crown C team will stay with the company to run the operation going forward, SRS said.
As a result of the acquisition, SRS will transition all existing and future metropolitan St. Louis locations to operate under the Crown C Supply name, SRS also reported.
