ProBuild Holdings Inc., Denver, CO, announced the creation of a new business focused on providing specialty building products and hardware to its customers. ProBuild Specialty Building Products will provide hardware, fasteners, tools, concrete accessories and ancillary products to framing, concrete, and specialty building contractors.
Hal Look will lead ProBuild’s venture as vice president of ProBuild Specialty Building Products. Look previously spent 23 years with ORCO Construction Supply and is the current president of the Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributors Association.
ProBuild Specialty Building Products will operate facilities in Modesto and San Jose, CA.
ProBuild Holdings is a supplier of building materials to professional contractors, with more than 470 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers serving 42 U.S. states.
