Alfa Laval Group, a Swedish manufacturer focused on heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling, has acquired a well-established service company in the U.S. The company, which specializes in servicing equipment for centrifugal separation, will add sales of SEK 100 million (US$16 million) annually.

\”The acquisition is another step in the ambition to serve the market with alternative offerings,\” says Lars Renström, president and CEO of the Alfa Laval Group.
The company will remain a separate organization, offering products and services to the industry under their own brand.
