“Quincy Compressor has built great customer relationships, and we intend to build on the work done by National Pump & Compressor by further increasing our market presence and developing the service business,” said Stephan Kuhn, Business Area President, Atlas Copco Compressor Technique.

About 45 employees will join Quincy Compressor through this acquisition, which is expected to close before the end of April 2013.
