Building materials distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. of Beloit, Wisconsin, recently acquired the assets of Kentucky-based Siding Sales Inc.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes Siding Sales Inc.’s locations at 587 Lovers Lane in Bowling Green, 3440 Edmonton Road in Glasgow and 151 Van House Lane in London.
ABC Supply says the deal will allow it to “enhance its services in both existing and new markets and strengthen relationships with professional contractors across central and southern Kentucky.”
Associates at all three Siding Sales Inc. locations will join the ABC Supply team, the company said.
ABC Supply now has 11 locations in Kentucky.
