MRO supplies distributor Stellar Industrial Supply has tapped a new supply chain leader.

The Tacoma, WA-based company announced Aug. 6 that it has promoted Jamison Dohn — previously Stellar’s Northeast Region Vice President of Customer Experience — to VP of Supply Chain.

In his new role, Dohn will focus on supplier strategy and negotiations, category review and conversion executions, as well as leading a team responsible for supplier performance and inventory management, alongside building a resilient and agile supply chain for Stellar.

Dohn joined Stellar in 2021 via its acquisition of R.G. Brewton, where he was for eight years, leading its procurement and sourcing activities.

“It has been a pleasure watching Jamison Dohn continue to take on increasingly more responsibilities at Stellar Industrial Supply. Dohn has excelled in helping to grow our business, particularly in the NE,” Stellar SVP of Customer Experience Molly Langdon said in a news release. “He has been instrumental in expanding capabilities throughout the organization by operationalizing the unique and effective ways that the NE team services customers and manages their business. Jamison has a passion for working with suppliers and creating win/win partnerships, and we are ecstatic to have him take on this new role.”

Succeeding in Dohn’s former position as Northeast VP of Customer Experience is Rodney Iams, who was previously promoted to VP of Commercial in 2024. Before that, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2022.

“Rodney has continuously demonstrated a high-level focus on customer success at Stellar Industrial Supply, and we are excited to see him bring that same commitment to our Customer Experience efforts,” Langdon added

Stellar Industrial Supply operates 18 U.S. regional hubs, with a focus on documented cost savings. The company distributes over 90,000 MRO products and tools from more than 1,500 brands.
