Brillion, WI-based fasteners and Class-C components distributor Endries International appointed company veteran Ryan Long as CFO and Legal Officer to succeed Dan Crociata, who was promoted to President and CEO in May of 2025.
Long served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Integration, playing a pivotal role in guiding the company through legal matters, mergers and acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives, company officials said in a Sept. 9 news release. Prior to joining Endries in 2018, Long held senior legal and business leadership roles, including as a principal in a fastener distributor.
“Ryan brings a unique combination of legal expertise, financial and operational experience, and strategic vision that has consistently elevated our business,” Crociata said. “As Chief Financial and Legal Officer, he will help shape the future of Endries and strengthen the value we deliver in the market every day.”
