With this platform release, users can set up automated workflows by describing what they want to happen — just like talking to a colleague. Once defined, these automations run directly inside Acumatica, helping teams update records and streamline repetitive processes without extra steps or complexity, according to the company.

The Distribution Edition offers AI-assisted product recommendations; order orchestration which automates warehouse selection for faster fulfillment; and a new vendor payments automation capability.
According to the company, the new user interface is built through multiple release cycles and enriched by extensive customer feedback. Users can personalize every screen—including fields, tabs, and layouts—ensuring each team can work in the way that best suits their workflows.
