ODP Business Solutions — the distribution business of The ODP Group, which owns Office Depot and Office Max — has rebranded to Office Deport Business.
The ODP Group will also rebrand to Office Depot Group. The name changes comes about a year after the group was acquired by private equity firm Atlas Holdings, which owns and operates manufacturing and distribution businesses. The move signifies part of the company’s efforts to “rebuild” the business for the future.
“Office Depot is a brand with more than 40 years of history behind it — the kind of recognition that can’t be built overnight, only earned over decades by showing up for our customers, our partners and the communities we serve,” wrote Office Depot Group CEO (formerly The ODP Group) Craig Gunckel in a Sept. 15 Linkedin post (attached below).
Gunckel was appointed to the head post in December 2025, following completion of the acquisition.
