Beloit, WI-based building materials distributor ABC Supply announced Oct. 6 that Chief Information Officer Tony Vaden will retire effective Jan. 1, 2027, after 13 years with the company. Larry Sullivan, currently IT Vice President of Software, Data and Digital Transformation, will succeed him.

Sullivan

Sullivan joined ABC Supply in 2017 and has led initiatives involving artificial intelligence, data and analytics, digital transformation and technology strategy.

“I am honored by the opportunity to serve as CIO and build on the strong foundation Tony and our IT team have established,” Sullivan said.

Vaden joined ABC Supply in 2013. The company credited him with modernizing its technology infrastructure, expanding its data and analytics capabilities and strengthening IT’s role across the business. Vaden and Sullivan will work together through the remainder of 2026 to support the handoff.

Vaden

The announcement follows ABC Supply’s Sept. 9 disclosure of its CEO succession plan. President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Jost will succeed CEO Keith Rozolis effective Jan. 1, 2027. Rozolis, who joined ABC in 1999 and became CEO in 2014, will retire at year-end but remain an executive advisor and board member.

During Rozolis’ tenure as CEO, ABC more than doubled its location count, expanded across North America and entered new business verticals. Jost has served as President and COO since 2024.

ABC Supply operates more than 1,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada. It ranked No. 1 on MDM’s 2026 Top Distributors List for Building Materials/Construction Supplies, based on $20.2 billion in 2025 revenue.
