St. Louis-based infrastructure and industrial supplies distributor Core & Main announced it will acquire Pioneer Supply — a distributor of water, wastewater and storm drainage products with locations in locations in Moore, OK and Weatherford, TX.

“Pioneer Supply represents a wonderful opportunity to expand our presence in Texas and Oklahoma,”Core & Main President Brad Cowles said in a Jan. 5 news release. “Their strong reputation for quality and service perfectly complements our mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Together, we will be able to expand our reach and create even greater opportunities for growth and success.”

Established in 1963, Pioneer Supply supports customers across the municipal, residential and non-residential end-markets.

Core & Main was No. 1 on MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors List for PVF products. It has over 5,700 employees across 370+ locations.
